The Journey Begins

So, yesterday I was sitting in the dentist chair and a tear came to my eye.  No, I am not in pain from the hygienist doing her normal work.  I am alone, well except for the hygienist,  but I have quiet time which gives me more than a moment to think.

I want to be happy but I just am not.  I existed too long doing what I had to do thus spending very little time on what actually brings me joy. I wondered to myself, How long did I just exist?  No one should simply exist.   I want to live a life that I ❤️.

This blog will help me describe my journey to achievement of Happiness and what it means to me.
